To get started, fill out the form by clicking the button below.

The Kansas Tr 63 form serves as an essential document for individuals looking to eliminate the title of a manufactured or mobile home that has been permanently affixed to real property. This affidavit not only provides a structured way for homeowners to certify their ownership but also ensures compliance with state laws regarding mobile home titling. The form requires detailed information, including the manufactured home’s identification number, title number, and the owners' names and addresses. Additionally, it necessitates the consent of any lien holders, emphasizing the need for collaboration between all parties involved. A crucial aspect of the form is the certification of the information provided, which must be signed by all owners and notarized to validate the claims made. The process involves a $10 fee and the submission of several accompanying documents, such as proof of lien release and payment receipts. Importantly, the elimination of the title is not effective until the affidavit is recorded in the local Recorder of Deeds office, thereby ensuring that the change is officially recognized.
